At St Nicholas we are always welcoming of feedback of your experience with us, either positive or negative. Feedback can take a number of forms.

General Feedback

General feedback can be submitted to the Church office via email, on the phone or in person using the contact details here.

Specific Complaints

A specific complaint can be submitted as per our Complaints Policy, which outlines how specific issues can be raised in a way which is sensitive to the needs of the person raising the issue. Further information is here.
